1. Acceptance of Terms
• Must contact Klein Creative Media by September 31, 2024 to schedule your 30 minute discovery call and book a studio shoot date
• Shoot must take place prior to October 31, 2024.
• The offer is non-refundable, but if not claimed by October 31, 2024, may be used as a credit on a larger video production or (other posted specials) at face value. Custom videos require a more lengthy signed contract prior to engagement. Valid for up to 1 years after initial purchase.
• 1 edit revision is included for up to 1 hour of edit time.
• Raw footage is copy write of KCM and may be licensed for additional fee.
• You have the right to use the video any way you choose on your web, social media, for paid promotions. However you are not permitted to license your rights to a third party without KCM written permission
• Any stock footage used within your video is licensed from a third party to KCM, and cannot be sold, or used by anyone but you without a new license. Stock footage is not allowed to be re-used or re-edited into any other video projects.
• We do our best to satisfy our client’s vision, but video is subjective, and therefore we are unable to give a 100% guarantee on the video outcome. We guarantee it will be comparable to other video samples on our website at the similar retail price point.
1a. Acceptance of Terms for On-Line Class Purchase
1.1 These Terms and Conditions ("Agreement") govern the use of master class lessons ("Lessons") provided by Klein Creative Media ("Company," "we," "us," or "our"). By enrolling in, accessing, or using our Masterclass Lessons, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms and Conditions.
2. Enrollment and Access
2.1 Upon successful enrollment and payment, you will receive access to the designated Masterclass Lessons as outlined in the course description.
2.2 Access to the Masterclass Lessons is personal to you and may not be shared or transferred to another individual.
3. Intellectual Property
3.1 All content provided in the Masterclass Lessons, including but not limited to videos, materials, resources, and documentation, is the intellectual property of Klein Creative Media and is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws.
3.2 You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Masterclass Lessons solely for your personal educational purposes.
3.3 You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works, publicly display, or perform any content from the Masterclass Lessons without the express written consent of Klein Creative Media.
4. Payment
4.1 Payment for the Masterclass Lessons is required at the time of enrollment. Fees are non-refundable unless otherwise stated in writing by Klein Creative Media.
4.2 Payment may be made through the designated payment methods as specified on our website or enrollment platform.
5. Disclaimer
5.1 The Masterclass Lessons are provided for educational and informational purposes only. While we strive to provide accurate and up-to-date content, Klein Creative Media does not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or applicability of the information presented.
5.2 The Masterclass Lessons are not a substitute for professional advice or consultation. Any decisions made based on the information provided in the Lessons are at your own risk.
6. Termination
6.1 Klein Creative Media reserves the right to terminate your access to the Masterclass Lessons without refund if you breach these Terms and Conditions or engage in any behavior that violates our policies or disrupts the learning experience of others.
7. Modifications
7.1 Klein Creative Media reserves the right to modify or update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updated terms will be posted on our website, and continued use of the Masterclass Lessons constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
By enrolling in our Masterclass Lessons, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not enroll or access the Masterclass Lessons.
