Marci is a talented and experienced television director and video production specialist based in Redondo Beach, Los Angeles, in the South Bay area. She has spent 20 years honing her storytelling skills in the reality genre of television, working on popular shows like Dr. Phil, Inside Edition, and E! Entertainment Television. Her exceptional skills have earned her a Los Angeles Emmy Award and a Cable Ace award.

Marci's passion for storytelling and surfing came together when she made the move to Hollywood after graduation from UC San Diego with a degree in Communications. She began her career in the industry as a production assistant and worked her way up to the director, supervising producer, and senior producer roles. Her break came in 1990 when she was invited to direct Greg Kinnear's first network TV show, The Best of the Worst, which led to her induction into the Directors Guild of America.

Today, Marci operates her own video production studio, Klein Creative Media, in Redondo Beach, just a short distance from her home and the ocean, which she cites as her source of inspiration. Her company culture is as important to her as the quality of the videos she produces, and her board meetings are often held in the surf lineup, open to all.

In addition to running her successful video production business, Marci balances work with family and philanthropy. She sits on the board of the non-profit organization Waterfront Education, is a Public Arts Commissioner, and serves as an Ambassador to the Redondo Beach Chamber of Commerce. Marci is still a member of the Directors Guild of America and the Producers Guild of America and prioritizes her morning surf session, never booking a video shoot on Fridays. As a female-led commercial production and post-production company, Marci's vision and leadership continue to inspire the industry.
